Cyphex Mail (mail.cyphex.agency) is an enterprise communications platform engineered and governed by Cyphex Agency (cyphex.agency). To preserve our pristine IP reputation and guarantee 99.8% inbox placement for all customer domains, all workspace accounts must adhere strictly to this policy.
1. Permitted & Intended Use
Cyphex Mail is specifically architected for legitimate corporate email, internal team channels, and customer communications. Permitted uses include:
- Day-to-day business correspondence between employees, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Transactional business notifications (invoices, receipts, shipping confirmations, quote requests).
- Opt-in customer service responses and 24/7 automated replies to genuine inbound customer inquiries.
- Legitimate B2B outreach with personalized recipient context, valid unsubscribe mechanisms, and low bounce rates (< 2%).
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)
Cyphex Mail enforces zero tolerance for spam, phishing, and abusive sending. You may NOT use Cyphex Mail for:
- Purchased or Scraped Email Lists: Sending unsolicited mass mailings to scraped, purchased, or third-party email databases without prior consent.
- Phishing & Impersonation: Deceptive emails intended to steal credentials, financial details, or impersonate other brands, banks, or executives.
- Malware Distribution: Distributing trojans, viruses, ransomware, or links to malicious domains.
- Illegal Goods or Fraud: Promoting fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized pharmaceutical/illicit product sales.
- Header Forgery: Altering MIME headers, envelope senders, or reply-to addresses to obfuscate the real sender identity.
3. Deliverability & Reputation Thresholds
To guarantee optimal deliverability with major inbox providers (Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Yahoo), all Cyphex Mail instances operate under strict sender thresholds:
Accounts exceeding these thresholds will be automatically placed into temporary review and contacted by our engineering team to inspect mailing lists before service is restored.
4. Monitoring, Suspension & Enforcement
Cyphex Agency employs automated network reputation telemetry across Amazon SES, Cloudflare Edge, and DNS monitoring nodes. If an account is detected sending spam or phishing, Cyphex Agency reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without notice or refund.
